CCS Update 5.2.25

On Principal's Day we recognize the hard work, dedication, and leadership of Ms. Lindauer. She plays a crucial role in shaping the educational environment for our students, our teachers, and our community. She manages everything from supporting teachers, providing classroom coverage, and engaging with students, to scheduling transportation for community trips and work-based learning (which occur daily). All this in addition to administrative responsibilities and fostering a positive school culture. Whew! That's a lot! We thank you and appreciate you Ms. Lindauer!

Mental Health Awareness Month brings attention to addressing the challenges faced by millions of people living with mental health conditions. This is a very broad issue so for the sake of our students, we will be focusing on Children's Mental Health Awareness Week, which begins Monday. Our Social Worker, Ms. Davis, has planned activities for the week (see attached).

There will be plants, crafts and vendors. Lunch and snacks available for purchase. Come on by!

Yearbooks have been ordered and will be delivered this month! Order forms will be sent home in the weekly folders. Our soft-cover books are $20 each.

May 26th: Memorial Day--Schools and offices closed

June 4th: 2 hr early dismissal

June 5th: 2 hr early dismissal

June 6th: CCS Graduation at 9am

June 13th: 2 hr early dismissal; LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
