Update to Safety Procedures at Eagle Stadium
Updates In Effect this Friday, Sept. 6
Dear Allen Eagle Fans,
Friday Night Lights returned to Allen on August 30, and we were thrilled to celebrate alongside Eagle fans during the 61-0 victory over Midland Legacy. As you may know, this game marked the debut of our new safety and security procedures at Eagle Stadium. We're committed to ensuring the safety of all our guests while providing an enjoyable experience for everyone in attendance.
After reviewing the implementation of these new procedures and listening to feedback from our fans, we've made some adjustments. These changes will take effect this Friday, September 6, and are designed to enhance your experience at Eagle Stadium while maintaining our high safety standards.
Updates to security procedures and reminders include:
Gate Entrances
- All adults and students with tickets on the home side may enter through any entrance gate on the home or visitor side.
- A “No Bag Line” will be available at the far-left line of each entry gate to expedite the entrances for guests without bags.
- Guests with visitor tickets must continue to enter through the visitor side of the Stadium.
Expedited Entrance
- Please download the “HomeTown Fan” ticketing app and have your tickets ready before arriving at the Stadium.
- Traditionally, the surge of guests entering the Stadium occurs within 30 minutes of kickoff. Please consider arriving at the Stadium earlier to avoid the rush. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.
Metal Detectors and Clear Bag Policy
- The metal detectors and clear bag policy remain in place.
- Additional metal detectors will be moved from the Visitor Side to the Home Side entrances to provide quicker admission for Allen Eagle fans.
9th-12th Grade Student Section
- Students may enter Eagle Stadium through any gate. Students are required to present their “Trust Card” on the MINGA app in order to enter the 9th-12th Grade Student Section.
Middle School Seating
- No changes are being made to middle school student seating.
- Middle school students are encouraged to sit with their parents, however, they are not required to do so. Students in 7th and 8th grade may choose to sit in General Admission sections 110 and 111 on the home side of the stadium. Click here for an Eagle Stadium seating chart.
Cameras
- Guests may bring cameras with detachable lenses into the Stadium, as long as the lens does not interfere with other guests.
- Camera bags must follow the Clear Bag Policy.
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to enhance the security measures in Eagle Stadium, refine our procedures, and provide a safe and memorable experience for all of our fans.
Sincerely,
Allen ISD Administration
