Family Needs Assessment
Dear Parents and Guardians,
At Paw Paw, we are committed to enhancing the wellbeing of families within our community. To better understand the needs and challenges faced by families here, we are sending out a quick Family Needs Questionnaire. Your participation is highly encouraged, as it will help us improve our ability to provide services and support to address the issues that matter most to you and your family. The answers you provide will be kept confidential and be used only for the purpose of providing you with information and resources regarding your families needs. To participate in the Family Needs Questionnaire, please click here.
We understand that your time is important, and we genuinely appreciate your willingness to participate. In the coming weeks, our team will be reaching out to those who requested it.
Thank you for your help in building a stronger, more supportive community for all. Together, we can make a difference. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Jennifer Warrenfeltz at, jwarrenfeltz@2paws.net.
