Principal's Corner
Hello Natoma Station Families,
Fall Festival
We had a great turnout at our fall festival this evening! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this family event so fun for our entire school community. A special shout out goes out to Nicole Ball for being the chair of this event. Check out the great pictures below.
Thursday, October 31 - Halloween
Our school tradition is that our Kindergarten students dress up in Halloween costumes if they choose to on Halloween day. This year, our preschool students and TK students will join in on this tradition. Students in grades 1-5 will enjoy fun Halloween activities but we ask that students in grades 1-5 not wear a costume to school. Students will have an opportunity to dress as a book character when we celebrate Read Across America Day in early March.
We invite you to complete the California Healthy Kids Parent Survey
This survey is an opportunity for you to help our school by sharing your opinions about it. Your opinions are important, and the school is interested in hearing them. If you have more than one child at this school, please think about the oldest of these children as you answer these questions. Answer all the questions based on your experiences at Natoma Station Elementary only. Remember, we appreciate your honest opinions. Type in the link below on your device to take the survey: https://wested.ugam-apps.com/wested/ts/pm5i
Responses are anonymous and are invaluable in shaping the future of our educational system and ensuring a safe, supportive, and healthy environment for all students.
Thank you SO much for taking this survey!

PBIS
Cheetah Champs are earned by students who demonstrate any of our three behavior standards: Show Respect, Make Good Decisions, and Solve Problems.
There are two ways we recognize students for being Cheetah Champs at NSE.
1. Cheetah Champs are often a slip of paper the students can earn throughout each day. We use Cheetah Champs as a way to positively recognize and reinforce good behaviors at our school. Any adult on campus can recognize a student for being a Cheetah Champ and give them this special slip of paper.
2. We recognize a Cheetah Champ each week (1 student in each pre-school through 3rd and 2 students in each 4th and 5th grade class). These students are selected by their classroom teacher and Mrs. Boudouris announces their names on Friday on the loudspeaker, they are also published in our Cheetah Bytes.
