CES- Principal Message

Hope everyone had a great weekend! We have a very short week this week. We only have school on Monday and Tuesday. There will be no school Wednesday through Friday for the Thanksgiving break. We will see Tracks 1, 3, & 4 on December 2nd.

During this time of Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support and partnership throughout the school year. Your dedication to our students' growth and success makes our school community a wonderful place to learn and thrive. Thank you for trusting us with your children and for all you do to contribute to their educational journey. Together, we are building a bright future for our Chameleons!

Thank you all for making our food drive such a huge success! The nearly 2,000 cans were picked up by a local food bank on Friday. A huge thanks to our Carpenter Ambassadors who showed great leadership skills and initiative by leading this food drive along with Ms. Peterson-Jenkins, Ms. Lunsford, and Ms. Russ. Way to go, Chameleons!

Congratulations to 2nd and 4th grade for winning the Glow party for bringing in the most cans.

The Carpenter Elementary PTA knows that a strong partnership among our families, school leaders and community members is important to the success of our students and school. That’s why we are participating in the National PTA School of Excellence program, which grows partnerships between PTAs and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being of all students.

We need your help! As part of the process, National PTA requests feedback from families, administrators and teachers at two points in the school year—the beginning and the end. Your feedback will help us improve our family-school partnership and achieve excellence.
