Contact the Help Desk by calling 626-396-3699, extension 88830, or by submitting a ticket at gopusd.com/helpdesk. For all Aeries questions, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
New Device and/or Workstation (New and Current employees)
- New employees who need to request a new laptop (Dell only) and/or a workstation (docking station, monitor, keyboard, and mouse) must fill out a Service Request for the equipment. The teacher/staff member must personally fill out the request so ITS can verify equipment eligibility and communicate with the staff member for deployment. - For current employees who are changing locations, please leave the workstation at your previous site and only take your laptop with you. If there is not a workstation at your new site, put in a request for a workstation.
Do you need to update your password?
All accounts and applications have moved to the new PUSD Portal. If you need to reset your password, please do so in the Portal. If you have issues resetting your password, contact the Help Desk by calling 626-396-3699. Please have your Employee ID ready.
ITS recommends that you adhere to the following Password Policy:
- minimum 8 characters
- minimum 1 uppercase letter
- minimum 1 lowercase letter
- minimum 1 number
- maximum 128 characters
- do NOT include
- first or last name
- username
- restricted words (ex. "password")

Hidden Drives
Are you having trouble locating a Shared Drive in your Google Drive. Please see the video below for how to locate Hidden Drives.
How to enroll for a session in Teachpoint
- Go to the PUSD Portal
- Under Applications, click on TeachPoint.
- Click on the Available Events tab
- Click on the lines for List view and make sure you are searching by Current Year or Upcoming
- Find the session you want to enroll in and click on Enroll.
- Select the session date/time.
- You will now see your enrolled session in My Activities

How to provide feedback in Teachpoint
- Go to the PUSD Portal
- Under Applications, click on TeachPoint.
- Click on the My Activities tab
- Make sure you are searching by Current Year
- Find the session you want to provide feedback for and click on the title.
- Click on the Add Feedback link
- Fill out the feedback form and submit.
