Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on the following dates:

Thursday, October 17th 3:30-7:30
Tuesday, October 22nd 3:30-7:30
Friday, October 25th 8:00-3:30

Please log onto your Skyward Family Access to schedule

Click on Teacher Conferences on the left hand side
Click on "All Conferences"
Click on "Select a Time"
Click on "Select" next to the time you would like to schedule
Click on "Save"

During Family Teacher Conferences on Tuesday October 22 from 3:45pm - 7:00pm, The Fond du Lac Public Library will be in the Evans Media Center to share information about library programs and services and they may even be able to sign you up for a library card! To sign up for a card, bring proof of address like a driver’s license or state ID. If your ID doesn’t have your current address, bring a document like a bill or lease. Children under 16 will need a parent’s signature.

PTO Upcoming Events!

Evans PTO has monthly meetings in the library at Evans. This is a great opportunity to connect with other parents, caregivers, staff members, and friends of the school as we work together to support our students and staff!

Whether you are a returning member or new to the PTO, all are welcome! We will be discussing upcoming events, fundraising efforts, and ways to get involved. Your voice and ideas are important so we hope to see you there!

Feel free to bring your questions and enthusiasm. Let's make this a fantastic year for our kids!

Box Tops for Education

No more cutting the tiny squares from your food items!!

Box Tops is now so easy. All you have to do is scan your receipts! If there are any participating items- the money goes directly to Evans School!

1. Download the FREE app (available on Android and Apple)

2. Sign up

3. Click on 'Find A School' and search for Evans Elementary School

4. Scan your receipts within 14 days.

If your child needs to miss school...

If your child will be missing school, please call the office 920-929-2828. If nobody answers your call, please leave a message stating your child's name and the reason for the absence. You can also email kawleskic@fonddulac.k12.wi.us. In most cases, medical excuses are not mandatory, but greatly appreciated.

Please note: School District policy states that the student needs to stay home if they have a fever or are vomiting. The student needs to be clear of both for 24 hours before he/she can return.
