LOST DEVICES

We are receiving a large number of tickets from school sites and from students stating students have lost their devices. Chromebooks range in cost from $389 to $758. We understand that devices may have been misplaced over the summer, but please make every effort to locate lost devices before submitting a ticket for device replacement.

SAFETY

• Keep devices secure. Do not leave them in an area that isn't secure, such as on a table at school during lunchtime or in a car visible to anyone who looks inside.
• Only use your device, not another student's device.
• Sign out of your device when you aren't using it.
• Keep passwords in a SECRET location and do not share your password with others.

BASIC CARE

• Keep food and drinks away from devices

• Carry devices with both hands and never run with a device.

• Keep your device charged.
  

• Turn Chromebook devices off at regular intervals to receive proper updates.

The Dell Chromebook 3120's have reached their end of life. In the process of doing the computer inventory, we discovered that there are quite a few of these still in circulation. We will be deactivating these devices on 9/2/2022.

If you have a 3120 Chromebook, please return this device to your school site immediately and ask for a replacement device.

Aeries Parent Portal accounts require password resets every 12 months. If you reset your password more than a year ago, you will need to reset your password the next time you log in. Please view the document for Resetting Parent/Student Passwords for help.
