Freedom High School hosted the Eagles Nestβs 1st Breakfast with Santa: Holidays Around the World event on December 16th, and it was truly an amazing affair. Under the guidance of Ms. Wiles, Ms. Spruill, Mr. Frey, and a host of our students and staff members to include FBLA, SCA, the band, school choir, the National Spanish Society, Spanish Club, and yearbook staff, the event was a success.
The day included arts and crafts (e.g. face painting) and delicious foods and drinks (e.g. pancakes, hot chocolate, and apple cider).
As always Freedomβs diversity was on display. There were tables showcasing various holidays. Santa Claus and his lovely wife, Mrs. Claus stopped by. Even the Grinch paid a visit.
In closing, community members from all over Prince William County attended, commenting on how wonderful the public event turned out.
