Autumn is finding its way to us but let's make sure we don't fall behind! Please continue to support your students being here every day, ready to learn! If your student will be absent for any reason please contact the front office and let us know. Also, notify the front office if there are any changes to how a student will be getting home.

Tucson autumn can still get warm so please remind your little ones to continue bringing a water bottle and while afternoons can be warm the morning and classrooms can get cool so if they need a light jacket remind them of that as well.

Another reminder that all after-school programs end at 4 pm (M, T, T, F) and 3 pm on Wednesdays so students MUST be picked up by these times!

Please note these upcoming dates:

• Book Fair is from Nov 4th-8th - Open during student lunch times and after school (times vary)
• Folklorico Performance is on Nov 13th - The special Day of the Dead performance begins at 6 pm! Please have performers arrive at 5 pm to prepare
• No school on Nov 11th - Happy Veteran's Day!
• Math Night is on Nov 14th - Fun games based on what students are currently learning and a special PTO Turkey and Ham Raffle!
• Thanksgiving Break is on Nov 28th-29th - No School! Have a safe holiday!

• Students are not allowed to enter the building before 7:30 a.m. There is no supervision until that time.
• Do not park and abandon your vehicle in the designated drop-off/pick-up lane or in the bus bays. This causes major problems during drop off and dismissal. Please use either parking lots when visiting.
• Follow speed limits in the “School Zones”.
• Encourage your child to report all injuries or unsafe conditions to any adult on campus. If we do not know about circumstances when students are unsafe, we can’t intervene to help.
• Always walk your child into the office when they are tardy. The first bell rings at 8:25am. This is a District policy that is in place to keep your child safe. Never have your children walk to school alone when they are going to be significantly tardy.
• Parent pick-up students must be picked up in designated area in front of school. Please do not park in front of the building.
• You are welcome to sign students out before dismissal when appropriate. Please check them out in our front office.
• Parents/Guardians MUST call the front office when making a change in dismissal procedure. Thank you for helping us keep your child safe!
