March 10-14 Capturing Kids Hearts Word of the Month: Courage
Dear CHS Students, Families, and Canes Community,
This semester seems to be flying by as the first nine weeks of the semester ends this Friday, March 14. As many of you know, our students are required to take several assessments at the end of the semester. Unless there is an emergency, it is imperative our students attend school daily in preparation for their exams.
The following is a list of exams and dates. We will send out more detailed information in the upcoming weeks.
5/5-5/16: AP testing for students who signed up to take an AP exam(s)
5/12 - 5/16: End-of-Course (EOC)Testing for students currently taking Algebra, Biology, American Literature, and U.S. History. EOCs count for 20% of students' overall grades in these courses.
5/15-5/16: Senior Exams
5/20 -5/21: Final exams for students in grades 9-11
5/21: Last day of school--please note the last day of school falls on a Wednesday this year.
We hope everyone has a great week and Go Canes!
