Hello CHS Students, Families, and Canes Community,
We would like to invite everyone to please join us on Friday, May 23 at 7:30 p.m. in Weinman Stadium for our commencement ceremony to honor the CHS Class of 2025. This is a special moment for our school, our school system, and our Cartersville Community.
We have a big week coming up. Our girls and boys golf teams will compete for state championships this week, and our baseball team will play in the state championship series versus Blessed Trinity beginning Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Coolray Field in Gwinnett County. We wish all of these teams the best of luck.

Have a great week and GO CANES!
Thank you, CHS PTC!
THANK YOU, PTC Volunteers 💐
As we wrap up the school year, I want to extend my deepest thanks to every PTC member who volunteered their time, talents, and energy this year. Whether you helped at a single event or took on an ongoing role, your support made a difference, and I couldn’t have done it without you.
A special and emotional thank you goes out to our senior parent volunteers. Many of you have volunteered with CHS PTC all four years, serving as class reps, chairing committees, showing up early, staying late, and always stepping in with a smile. Your dedication has shaped our events, strengthened our community, and supported our students in countless ways.
You leave behind big shoes to fill, and you will be deeply missed. Thank you for leaving CHS better than you found it and for doing it all with heart. 💜
With gratitude,
Amy Dobbins, PTC President
