TEAMS MUST PAY BEFORE THEY WILL BE SCHEDULED.

70 MINUTE POOL & BRACKET PLAY

6 Game Format - 4 Pool Games and Double Elimination Brackets

8U-10U Brackets will be flighted up to 4 times when numbers (multiples of 6) allow.

12U Brackets will be flighted up to 4 times when numbers (multiples of 8) allow.

14U-16U-18U Brackets will be flighted up to 2 times when numbers (multiples of 8) allow.

GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT THE FOLLOWING COMPLEXES:

AGE DIVISIONS COULD PLAY AT MULTIPLE COMPLEXES

DUE TO COVID-19 THE BEACH PARTY AND WORLDS OF FUN HAVE BEEN CANCELED FOR 2020. WITH THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE WE DO NOT FEEL THAT IT IS FEASIBLE TO DO AN EVENT THAT ENCOURAGES INTERACTION WITH OTHER TEAMS.

• POOL GAMES WILL START THURSDAY MORNING
• Start time will be determined by the number of teams participating
• Expect to start games at 8 am.

• POOL GAMES WILL CONTINUE AT 8 AM

• BRACKET PLAY WILL BEGIN AT 10 AM.

• BRACKET PLAY CONTINUES & FINISHES WITH CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY

Teams will have an opportunity to do a Gift Bag Exchange during the pool play with another team in their age division.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER THE GIFT EXCHANGE BECAUSE IT TRULY ONLY TAKES 1 PERSON FROM EACH TEAM TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE.

• Safe Sport Certification (print or screen shot certificate) - Register USA Softball

• Concussion Training (print or screen shot certificate) - Heads Up Concussion Training

• To qualify as "complete submitted roster", your "player list/roster must have all current players listed and be SUBMITTED for this event.
• Receive 3 free softballs at tournament check-in with SUBMITTED roster.

• All teams are required to have insurance coverage through an approved vendor.

• This is a USA softball event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.
• Non-USA Softball teams will require a $35.00 team registration fee valid thru 08/31/2020.

If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund.

If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed, there will be a full refund. If a team drops on Monday 7/13, there will be a $50 admin fee assessed and balance will be refunded. If a team drops on or after 7/14, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
