Process to Volunteer

Dear Phoenix Families,

We are excited to offer various chaperoning and volunteering opportunities in the upcoming period. To ensure the safety and security of all participants, we have established a Level I and Level II clearance process that volunteers must follow. Please take a moment to review the steps outlined below and complete them to become eligible for volunteering on campus and participating in field trips.

Step One is for Level I Volunteering -Please see attached Level I paperwork link. Every parent and/or guardian must fill it out and submit. Volunteer Level I enables you to help out at the school, in the presence of a staff member. If you do not complete the volunteer registration (Level I) application, you are not eligible to move forward in Level II process.

Step Two is for Level II Volunteering - For Level II, you need to be fingerprinted. Ms. McCarty will provide you with our approved vendor list. This enables you to go on field trips as well as volunteer on campus.

Once you have successfully completed the Level II clearance process, you will be eligible to volunteer on campus and accompany students on field trips. We greatly value the involvement of parents and community members in enhancing the educational experience for our students.
