Our Class Reading Challenge
I sent home the reading logs for December . As you read to your child, have them color an object each time you read to them. Please write down on the back of the paper the title of the book that you read to your child.
Important things to remember:
This is for FUN. Don't feel pressured to complete all the challenges. We all have busy lives. Please just do what you can! :)
My goal is to give your child more opportunities to read with their family in a meaningful and fun way. Reading to your child has so many benefits including:
- enhanced concentration
- thirst for learning
- increases language skills
- and sets them up for success
If your child returns the reading log at the end of each month they will be able to pick something from the prize box!
