Playground update- Please Stay Off

I am so sad to say that we had a few kids come on to campus last night and walk on the brand new playground, and now several parts of the new surfacing need to be replaced. The surfacing is like wet concrete; it shows every footprint. This is going to be extra time and money. It is very important that all students and community members stay off the surfacing until all fencing is taken down. We can only use the new playground once the surfacing is completely dry. This incident has a significant impact on our school, and we all need to work together to prevent such incidents in the future.

Several parts of the playground still need to be completed. The playground is not complete, which is a big safety issue to have anyone the structures.

We do have cameras that cover the entire school. I am calling all families today about students who were on the playground last night. I can't express enough how important it is to spread the word.
