Community Service Club-
- We are collecting food for the WP community. The food collection will be given to the Eastview Food Pantry to be delivered on Thanksgiving. Please send in non-perishable and non-expired items such as - Mashed potatoes, Canned vegetables, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Juice, Canned goods, pasta, rice, beans, peanut butter, cereal. Drop off boxes will be in front of the main office. Thank you for helping our families.
- Calling all creatives!! The community service club is looking to give cards to Veterans in the hospital on Veterans Day . Please make one or more cards and bring it to the community service headquarters in room 324. The community service club will choose the best three most creative cards to receive a prize.. Make sure that you put your full name and team name on a post it so that we know who to call for prizes.
Chorus- All chorus students will have two important rehearsals for our Veterans Day program. All chorus students will check in with their classroom teacher and report to the auditorium for your Veterans Day full chorus rehearsals. Please note the day and period of both full chorus rehearsals.
- Full Chorus Rehearsal #1 is on Monday, November 4th, Period 9.
- Full Chorus Rehearsal #2 is on Wednesday, November 6th, Period 4.
Veterans Day/Mr. Hommez-
Each year at our annual Veterans Day program, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts from Eastview participate in the presentation of the American flags before the singing of the National Anthem. If you are involved in Scouting and would like to participate in this year's Veterans Day flag presentation, please sign up here: https://forms.office.com/r/wBVZKTwy42 The deadline for signing up to participate in the Veterans Day flag presentation is Friday, November 1st.
Extended Day Learning Centers- Open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You must sign up every time you attend.
Picture Retake Day- November 13, please email Ms. Persampieri with any questions.

Tuesdays & Thursdays only (10/22- 12/19)
On Tuesdays and Thursdays we will offer homework help from 2:35-4pm. Sign ups will be right here! Links open Tuesday morning at 7:15am and close at 1:00pm. If you are not signed up using the Google form below you may not attend. Bring all your belongings with you at the end of the day.
Sign ups are required to attend each time.

Picture Day- Retakes 11/13/24
You can retake your school pictures if...
- If you were absent on picture day back in September.
- If you are a new student to Eastview, after 9/20.
- If your parent requested a retake.
Ms. Persampieri will notify you as to what period you will report to room 118.

Starting the week of 10/21/24 you will be meeting with your counselor. The guidance office is located in Room 108. You will need to have your Minute Meeting form completed prior to meeting with your counselor. You can use this QR code to access this form. We look forward to our first Guidance Meeting.

Student Activities & Clubs
After school clubs run from 2:35- 4:00pm
- You must be involved in an after school club or activity in order to take the late bus.
- Late busses make neighborhood stops. It is not like morning pick up or drop off.
- If you stay for a club you can take the bus home, walk or get picked up.
- You need to ready the daily announcements in order to know which clubs are starting. The announcements contain the directions on how to sign up for a club.

No chewing gum
No sharing food in the cafeteria
Fill your water bottles with water only.
Do not bring body spray, perfume or cologne to school.

Lost your student ID Card?
Did you lose your ID card? Please check with all your teachers/classes before filling out this form.
If you have lost your student ID card, please read and do the following:
- Stop by the main office and see if someone turned it in. Also check the lost and found area.
- Next, check all your classes, and ask your teachers.
- After checking all possible places, use this link and fill out this form, https://forms.office.com/r/7eM1F0KFs4 (students only)
Replacement ID cards will be printed once a month and distributed on the 15th of each month.
