Tution will be increased by 5% for the 2024-2025 School Year. There has not been an increase in tuition in the last several years. This increase is needed in order to cover the costs of teacher salaries and benefits.

If this should cause a financial strain on your family, please contact the office and we will guide you through the application process for "The Basic Fund" and "Tadds" programs through the Archdiocese of San Francisco. We also have an All Souls School Tuiton Assistance Program.

Lunches are ordered on Schoolspeak.

The Archdiocese of San Francisco requires that all coaches have the following:

1. You have completed the online Virtus course
2. You have been live scanned (finger printed) and are cleared to work with minors

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these requirements. Any coach not meeting these requirements cannot be placed on a PPSL roster and therefore cannot sit on the bench of any team. If you have signed up to coach next year for Parent Hours, make sure you have completed the online Virtus course and have completed and cleared the Live Scan process

The due date for these requirements is Monday, June 3, 2024. Coaches that complete these requirements after June 3rd will not be placed on the list of approved coaches. Therefore, be aware that the Live Scan process can take up to 2 weeks to clear.

On June 4th, the Athletic Board will receive a list of coaches from All Souls School that have completed these two requirements. All parents that have expressed an interest in coaching and meet the criteria stated above will be considered for the coaching positions available in the program by the Athletic Board. It is however the Athletic Board, with the approval of the school principal and pastor that make the final decision. All head coaches must also work with 2 assistant coaches. Therefore, the coaches must be willing to collaborate with one another and is a requirement for the position of coach of any All Souls School athletics team.

Unfortunately, due to expenses and the fact that All Souls School has not raised fees in the last 3 years, it was necessary to increase the hourly rates. No family will be billed beyond the full time rates. The full time rates represent the maxium amount that a family will be charged even if they did not sign up for the full time plan(s).

If the increases in Extended Care rates are a financial burden to a family, please let us know. We do not want to turn any family away due to the increases in school tuition and the Extended Care rates.
