Learn how to monitor your child's chromebook-Qustodio
Qustodio
To further enhance our digital safety efforts, we are launching Qustodio, a tool that allows families to monitor and manage their child’s online activity on MPS devices by empowering families to:
Monitor your child’s online activity on school-owned devices outside of school hours.
Qustodio provides parents with reports and insights into their child’s online activities, helping families stay informed.
Set limits on screen time and internet use.
Review reports to see what your child is accessing online.
One free personal device: Families can use Qustodio to monitor one personal device as a part of this initiative at no additional cost.
Limitations: Mustang Public Schools can only monitor activity on district-issued devices. If Qustodio is installed on a personal device, Mustang Public Schools will not be able to monitor or access that device. We can only monitor school-owned devices.
You will soon receive an email with simple instructions to register your Qustodio account!
To learn more, we invite you to watch this brief video and then head over to our website at www.mustangps.org/families-students/qustodio-linewize for more information about Qustodio|Linewize|Classwize. Thank you for partnering with us to keep your child safe and successful in the digital world.
Food Delivery- (Uber Eats, Door Dash)
Food deliveries, as well as any other deliveries, are not permitted at school.
Parent Portal
Checking grades
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access your child's grades, which should be available for viewing this week. If you need further assistance with your Parent Portal account, please contact psppsupport@mustangps.org.
Stay Home or Go to School?
We're noticing an increase in illnesses already at the start of the school year. While we know the importance of students being in school, we also want to create a safe and healthy learning environment. We understand absences may be required due to illness.

"Ideal Dates" Calendar
As families prepare for the busy school year ahead, the Mustang School District has created a calendar of "ideal dates" for families to schedule appointments or vacations.
Note: The highlighted days on the "ideal dates" calendar indicate days the district is already closed or not holding classes due to breaks, Professional Days, or holidays. Therefore, students who have an appointment or scheduled vacation on these days will not miss any learning opportunities.
Marquee Birthday Announcement
If you'd like to have your child's name displayed on the marquee for their birthday, please contact the office. The cost is $20.
End of the Day Checkouts
We would like to remind you that for the smooth dismissal of all students, checkouts are not permitted after 2:50 PM. This policy ensures that our end-of-day procedures are carried out efficiently and safely.
If you need to pick up your child early, please plan to do so before this time.
Chromebooks
Please ensure that your child's Chromebook is fully charged each night so they are ready for the next school day.
