Thursday, February 29: Leap Year Day & Black History Showcase from 2:30-3:30pm. Families are welcome to come and walk the hall to see all of the student work on display! (This is not a performance--you can come and go as you would like between 2:30-3:30pm to see the artwork.)

UPCOMING:

Saturday, March 2: Home Depot free build day from 9am-Noon.

Saturday, March 2: Touch a Truck event from the City of Galveston--come and see the GISD Book Bus and the STEAM Bus!

-Doors open at 8am.

-Tardy bell rings at 8:15am.

-Dismissal is at 3:55pm.

-All students will receive free breakfast in their classroom and lunch in the cafeteria. Please see menus and cafeteria information below.

-Lunch deliveries: lunch deliveries are not allowed for students. Please pack your child's lunch and send with them to school.

-Birthday celebrations: we love to celebrate birthdays! Store bought (and sealed) cupcakes are allowed and will be taken to the classroom the last 40 minutes of the day. Balloons and/or gifts will stay in the front office and be given to the student at the end of the day before dismissal.
