FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR CLEARANCE ....

Athletic Clearance for 2022-2023

Physicals must be dated AFTER February 12, 2022 to qualify for 2022-2023 School Year


Follow these easy steps ……

  • Go to www.Athleticclearance.com

  • Complete a New or Existing Student Profile

  • You must upload the completed Doctor’s physical form

  • You must upload the Pre-Participation History page

  • Download the confirmation page, sign and upload to your account.

  • You will be notified when your student is cleared.


Helpful Hints ….

  • You must UPLOAD ALL FORMS TO BE CLEARED. Failure to do so will result in a delay in the clearance.
  • Athletes are being cleared in accordance with approved conditioning plans
  • Once cleared you will be notified via email.
  • No paperwork is required to attend practice once cleared

NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A COMPLETE ATHLETIC CLEARANCE

Science Olympiad is starting their own Science Tutoring Program!


Students requesting help in their science classes can sign up using the QR code on the flyer attached below. Tutors from Science Olympiad will have access to the list of students and can coordinate 101 based on their preferred subject. Tutoring will be done at the library either before or after school.
