Our annual fundraiser for New Beginnings has begun! Drop off new socks in the main office to support those in need!

A student in Ms. Arndt's art class uses chalk and pastels to create this creepy interpretation.

Mr. Farrar's Outdoor Projects class begins the first phase of a main entrance beautification project. Students are digging out the pea stone drip edge and loading the product into Mr. Farrar's truck. The pea stone will be repurposed on the multi-use trails around the school the class maintains. The pea stone with be replaced with 3/4 inch crushed stone.

Ms. Quagliaroli's Yoga class visited the Downtown Yoga Studio in Augusta. Students were able to immerse themselves in an amazing experience participating in aerial yoga. Check out their moves!

Mr. Zuis' Investigation in Science class builds and tests straw towers. Students have been studying the structural design and integrity of buildings.

Ms. Barker's Theater class held pantomime finals this week. The class has been studying the genre and displayed all they learned in a summative assessment. The presentations included, a bad first date, a fanatic fan, a magician and a pranking sibling.

The Olympia Snowe Leadership Institute held it's Fall Forum this week. Students participating in the program were treated to a key note from former Senator Snowe. A huge thank you to Ms. Roy who is advisor to the group for providing these pictures.
