Happy Monday!

Hope you are having a great day! It's homecoming week! We have fun theme days for dressing up this week to show our school spirit, and don't forget our parade on Friday! We will share times and specific info before Friday! And, be sure to join us for the game on Friday night!

The last day of the quarter is this Friday, and we have parent/teacher conferences NEXT Thursday. I hope you have been keeping up with your child's grades through HAC, speaking to them when you see missing work, and contacting teachers with any questions. I say everyday that we have so many opportunities to provide support for students that we should not have any student failing, but we always do. Please speak to your children about the importance of trying their best and taking responsibility for their grades.

A quick reminder about dress code - please check your child before they leave the house for pajama pants, track shorts, and just overall appropriateness. Also remember as it begins to turn cooler students may NOT bring blankets to school. If they are in need of a jacket, coat, or any clothing items, please reach out to Terry Lawler and she can assist in helping get what is needed. He email is terry.lawler@cmseagles.net

7th grade parents we need supplies for the 7th grade float for the Homecoming Parade. We need large pieces of cardboard, balloons, washable paint (red, black, white, green, brown), streamers, fringe/skirting, any Eagle of football decorations (like from a birthday party). We will decorate after school on Monday until 5pm and Thursday until 5pm.

If you can help, please send supplies with your student, or email Ms. Bull at Madeline.Bull@cmseagles.net!

Parents - This is a friendly reminder not to call or text your child during the school day. If you need to get information to them, please contact the front office. Thank you!

UPDATE - We are in the process of ordering our Yondr Cell Phone Pouches. We will be updating you on the the process and policy regarding how students will use them as we receive them and begin implementing them.

Eagle fans, a friendly reminder! For the safety of all our spectators, students must remain in the stands during the game, except for visits to the concession stand or restroom. This will be strictly enforced. Let's show our Eagle spirit while keeping our games fun, safe, and respectful for everyone. Go Eagles!

Please remember - We need students here everyday! If your child is absent for any reason, please send a note within 5 days from the absence to Mrs. Bissell. Also, parents are allowed 5 notes per semester!

We have had a great start to the year regarding dress code. The students have been dressed appropriately and ready for learning! The illustration below really sums it up! Just remember, no pajama pants, track shorts, and headgear. And remember the dress code, as this applies to the school day AND school sponsored events - including football games and other sporting events.
