• Fall Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday, November 13th from 4:30pm-7:30pm. If you are interested in signing up to meet with your student's teachers, please click here for that information. If you make an appointment, please do so using your STUDENT's NAME so the teacher will know who the conference is for. NMC will also be available in the LMC to answer questions about their Early College & dual enrollment programs (no appointment needed for these sessions).

• This coming week, WSH Counselors will facilitate Xello Lessons with 9th-12th grade students in all WSH ELA classes. Xello helps students discover relevant college, university, trade, military, and career options based on their personality, skills, and knowledge. All WSH students will complete grade-specific lessons.

Following this important presentation, Seniors can sign up for an individual appointment with a representative from Michigan Student Aid. This is an opportunity to ask questions about the upcoming fafsa and learn how the state’s scholarship programs could help fund your education.

Afterschool SPEED TRAINING for all athletes begins Nov 12th and runs Tuesday/Thursday immediately after 6th hour. Meet near the weight room.

Dr. John VanWagoner's monthly open office hours for community members will be held in person on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 5:00 pm at Horizon Books, 243 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684. The meeting will be located on the mezzanine level (second floor) of the bookstore.

The Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Board of Education will host its next monthly “office hours” in person on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Horizon Books, 243 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI 49684. The meeting will be located on the mezzanine level (second floor) of the bookstore. TCAPS Board office hours provide community members with the opportunity to talk to a school board trustee. This month, Trustee Ballenger le is scheduled to attend.
