• Please be sure to email attendance@ollv.org if your child is absent or leaving early.
  
• IMPORTANT: The Parish donation must be made by May 31st to qualify for the Parish rate.
  
• PLEASE DO NOT LET STUDENTS OUT OF THE CAR UNTIL GATES OPEN! Students who arrive before 7:25am need to go to Before Care. They are not permitted to wait in front of the school.
• Clarification: Friday, March 14th is a noon dismissal.
  

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We wanted to bring to your attention a recent increase in reported damages to students' school-issued iPads. While we understand that accidents can happen, we kindly ask for your support in reminding students to handle their iPads with care to ensure their longevity.

Please review the following guidelines with your child:

1. Do not leave iPads unattended, especially outside in the sun or near water.
2. Avoid overpacking backpacks or lockers, as forcing the iPad inside can cause damage.
3. Do not place stickers, write, or draw on the iPad or its keyboard case.
4. If carrying the iPad in a backpack, be mindful when setting the backpack down.
5. Always place the iPad down gently—never slam or slap it onto a desk or surface.
6. Only use the school-issued charger provided by OLLV.

Your support in reinforcing these guidelines at home is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us maintain the condition of these important learning tools!

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
