Fire Drill 2/20/25
On Thursday, February 20th Pioneer High School will have a fire drill. This drill will focus on Fire Safety and Evacuation. During the drill, all staff and students will participate in a complete school-wide evacuation, following our established safety protocols. These regular drills are an essential part of our commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment.
We encourage you to use this opportunity to review your family's home fire safety plan. The American Red Cross provides excellent resources for Home Fire Prevention & Safety, which include guidelines for:
- Creating and practicing a home evacuation plan
- Testing smoke alarms
- Identifying multiple escape routes
- Establishing a family meeting point
You can find these valuable resources on the American Red Cross website. Taking time to review and practice these safety measures at home can help ensure your family is prepared in case of an emergency.
Thank you for your continued support in maintaining a safe school environment.
