LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU SEE IT
WEEK 21
Another week of great things happening at RCHS. The weather has finally started to warm up from the last couple of weeks. I think that brings everyone's spirits up. Next week is going to be even warmer and we will be doing even greater things. I hope everyone has had a great week , enjoy your weekend, and as always IT'S ALMOST MONDAY!!!!
LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU SEE IT
ATTENDANCE
This is a reminder about our attendance goals at RCHS. The goal is that students have 8 days or less absences. Attendance does not reset at semester. It is 8 days for the school year. You can think of it in semesters, if that is easier, which would be 4 absences per semester. These absences include excused and unexcused absences. If a student has a certified absence (doctor's note, etc see full list in our handbook), those absences do not count against the student. This is a change from past years to better align with the Indiana goals for attendance.
NEW DIPLOMA
Again Understand that this only affects the class of 2029. Next years incoming Freshman class will be under different guidelines in order to graduate. All students will graduate in one of three areas; enrollment, employment, or enlist. In last week's newsletter I focused on the Enrollment Seals. This week I want to show you about the Enlistment Seals.
