We held our annual Bogle Spelling Bee on Thursday, November 14th. After many rounds of intense competition, Ellie Pernice was crowned champion, and Sean Kirkham (last year's winner) was named runner-up. Ellie will represent Bogle at the CUSD Spelling Bee after winter break. Congratulations Ellie and Sean!
Hope Week is Coming!
Year five of HOPE WEEK is around the corner for Chandler Unified School District! This year we will be celebrating November 18th-22nd. 🌻 The idea of spreading hope district-wide stemmed from a YouTube video that was shared with the Counseling and Social Services Department, and it has grown every year. In honor of HOPE WEEK, school sites host activities and events to spread messages of hope, encouragement, and gratitude.

Help Keep Meal Accounts Current
Chandler Unified School District's Food & Nutrition Department is committed to providing access to healthy food for all students every day. Our charging and fill-in meal policies are in place to ensure students can eat a balanced meal, regardless of their account balance or payment status. This initiative allows members of the community to contribute funds to help cover the negative balance of student meal accounts.
We are at a low balance on our lunch fund to assist those students who do not have enough money in their account to buy a lunch, and the need is great.

Bogle Pantry

Also, if you are interested in donating to our pantry, you can drop off items in the front office at any time during the school day.
Report, Don't Repost
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office "Report, Don't Repost" campaign urges teens, teachers, and parents to report teen violence content instead of sharing it online. Teen violence is a growing issue, and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office is seeing more cases of teen-perpetrated violent crime. Reporting these types of incidents helps keep communities safe. Youth violence harms individuals, families, and communities. If not reported, law enforcement can't submit cases for prosecution. Use the tool kit below to help spread the message: Report, Don't Repost!
If you witness a fight:
- Don’t post videos of the fight on social media.
- Don’t try to break up the fight.
- Call the local police to tell them about the fight.
- Never assume someone else will call the police or already has.
- If you don’t feel safe reporting an incident, you can do so anonymously.
- Let those involved know police have been called and are on their way.
