University of South Florida's Tennis Club will be hosting their annual Bull Run Tournament October 24-25, 2016. Please e-mail nicoleviera@mail.usf.edu by October 13th with the number of teams you plan on bringing, shirt sizes for each player separated by team, and the information for the team captains for each team. It will cost $40 per each team, t-shirts and snacks included. As long as weather permits Saturday will be pool play, while Sunday will be formatted into a bracket. Tournament format will be World Team Tennis. Each round will consist of the following matches:

• 1 set Men's Singles
  
• 1 set Women's Singles
  
• 1 set Men's Doubles
  
• 1 set Women's Doubles
  
• 1 set Mixed Doubles
  

Each set will be played to 6 games with no AD scoring. A tie breaker will be played at 5-5 if necessary (sudden death point at 4-4). The winner of each round will be the team who has accumulated the most games. We do allow for substitutions during the sets. However, each player is allowed to play a maximum of 2 sets; therefore, each team must have at least 2 men and 2 women.

A 5 minute warm-up will be given before each match. On the first day (Saturday), the tournament will be pool play, the second (Sunday) will carry a bracket format.

As of right now, we have no forms. Contact with teams will be done through phone or e-mail. Not only will we need the number of players per each team, but also t-shirt sizes. Thank you !
