Launching Jan 6, 2024: New Help Desk Via Classlink
We are excited to announce that our new Help Desk Software, IncidentIQ will be launched on January 6th 2024!
Incident IQ offers several benefits, including:
- Ease of Use: A user-friendly interface for submitting and tracking tickets.
- Improved Efficiency: Faster response times and streamlined resolution processes.
- Enhanced Communication: Clearer communication between requestors and technicians/"agents." Requestors will be able to reply to "agents" directly through email.
There will be 5 categories you will be able to choose from when requesting a ticket.
The new system works much like the old system- so the learning curve should be small. Any open tickets prior to Jan 6th will either be closed or move over to the new system by the Tech Department.
