Director's musings
Spooky Season is Here!
Can you believe it's already October? I'm here for it!!! Are you ready to embrace the spooktacular? As the heat becomes less oppressive, and the nights grow longer, I can't help but feel a sense of excitement. Halloween is my favorite time of year, and I'm already counting down the days until I can indulge in my love for all things spooky.
As an antihero girl at heart, I'm drawn to characters who aren't perfect but relatable. We all have flaws, and it's those imperfections that make us human. In my office, you might find a few skeletons hanging around year-round. To me, they symbolize that beneath the surface, we're all the same. It takes a trained scientist to determine gender, race, or class from bones, so when it comes down to it, we're all made of the same stuff.
I'm a sucker for a good scary film, especially psychological horror. While I'm not a fan of excessive blood and gore, I love films that make you think and challenge your perspective. A film that changes the way you see the world is simply the best.
So, happy Spooky Season!!!!

NESA pARTners
NESA pARTners is the NESA parent organization, and our goal is to
support all NESA majors. One of the best ways to make a positive difference is to become a member of NESA pARTners. The membership fee of $20 per family goes directly to funding NESA projects and program needs. Our teachers are working on their wish lists, and the more money we raise, the more we assist and support them. Helping the show go on!
