HMS Weekly Update

Week of March 17, 2025
Dear Ranger Families,
As we approach Spring Break, we kindly ask for your support in reinforcing positive behavior at school. Excitement is high, but it’s important that students continue to follow expectations, stay focused, and show respect to teachers and classmates.
Our final Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, March 20th. These conferences are by invite only. If a conference is desired by your child’s teachers, you will hear from them to arrange a time.
Next week, March 24- March 28, is Spring Break. School resumes on Monday, March 31st.
Be sure to take a look at our Hamilton Township Spring Fashion Collection! There are some very cute items. All proceeds from the sale benefit our PBIS rewards program. See the infographic and link below.
Staff and students celebrated Pi Day on Friday, March 14th.
*The students in Mrs. Ramsburg's class take the iReady diagnostics at the end of every quarter. Mrs. Ramsburg challenged her students to improve their math scores. If each student improved their math score, they would be able to pie her in the face on Pi day. Mrs. Ramsburg reported that they all increased their iReady math score! She also shared that most scores were increased by an entire grade level! Great work! It looks like they had a great time!
*8th grade students in Mrs. Vincent's class had the opportunity to earn raffle tickets for behavior and academics. Students had the opportunity to win a Pi Day t-shirt if their name was drawn from the raffle. The three students winning students were Caleb Miller, Lily Miller and Mikayla Adams! Congrats! Way to show up for great behavior and academics!
*8th grade student Ainsley Simpkins brought in mini-pies for all of the teachers in the building! What a sweet treat! Thank you Ainsley and family!
Thank you for your partnership in your child's education. Let’s make this final quarter a great one!
Best regards,
Mr. Endres and Ms. Coalter
