PK-2 Standards Based Report Card Website

Parents of PK-2nd grade students,

In Conroe ISD, Prekindergarten through Second Grade students will have a Standards-Based Report Card every nine weeks. This type of evaluation of student learning clearly measures student proficiency on defined essential standards and proficiency scales in each core content area, behavior, and work habits. Students in these grades do not receive numerical grades.

A website has been created by our district so you can read more information on how to better understand SBRCs, see example Report Cards, view proficiency scales, watch videos, learn the benefits of SBRCs, and get tips for talking with your kids.

PTO's Fall Fundraiser begins September 3rd

5:00 p.m. - Session 1

5:45 p.m. - Session 2 (repeat of 5:00 session)

Teachers will cover classroom logistics such as homework policy, classroom communication, etc. Following the sessions, families will have an opportunity to look around the classrooms and tour the school.

Our PTO, as well as child nutrition, will be in the cafeteria during this event to support you.

Lunch Visitors

We will open our doors to lunch visitors this week.

When you do visit, only your student is allowed to have lunch with you at the designated visitor table. Due to allergies and for safety reasons, friends or neighbors will not be allowed to dine with you and your child. Thank you for your support with this.

Parent Resource Center

The CISD parent resource center offers parent trainings and workshops, parent support, and an annual resource and transition fair geared toward families raising children with disabilities.
