All juniors will automatically be enrolled to take the test. Families of junior students will receive additional and more detailed information via emails in February and March.

We will use a delayed start of school for 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students. Lunch will be served for all students who would like to eat.

Journal Ideas For Interim:
You may write your journal on anything you like, but we do not want it to be a diary. We want you to practice reflecting and thinking about what is happening, and what you are learning during your experience. You may find some of the topics below helpful. Please feel free to reflect on any of them.
What are you finding out about yourself that you were not aware of before?
How is your Interim compared with your expectations? Is there any initial disappointment or initial excitement? Positives? Negatives?
Do you have any feelings of inadequacy? What are you seeing that you do well, and what are you seeing that you can improve on?
What are you most worried/concerned about today?
What is something that surprised you today?
What is the most difficult thing that happened today?
What is the most important thing that happened today?
How did you contribute positively to your placement today? How can you contribute positively tomorrow?
If you could change something about today, what would it be? Why?
Hey, What Happened with that Soup Drive?
I received this message from the Artistic Director of the Columbus Children's Choir:
"Thanks to Rae and her classmates, we successfully reached our goal of collecting 500+ cans! Their generosity and enthusiasm were instrumental in making this happen, and we are incredibly grateful for their support."
Great job Rae and everyone!

Phyte Club Update
It was a great week in the garden this week! Phyte Club did some heavy lifting! We moved our compost bin to make room for a new water system, and we set up some infrastructure for low tunnels, which are structures that work like mini greenhouses on plant beds. We also added soil to some of the raised beds. The Sustainable Linworth class pulled down some of the fencing for us in preparation of fence repair and rebuild at Interim. Phyte Bites served toasted sunflower seeds that we harvested and dried in the fall. Next week, we will have a visitor, Dan Barash, from the Worthington Green Team. He has a grant to help Worthington reduce single use plastics, and the garden is going to be part of the program! This is a great opportunity for us to be involved in a city wide sustainability program, as well as save some money during our native plant sale. We will also continue to prep for the 2025 Interim Glow Up! 7 weeks until last frost!
Phyte Club meets from 3:15- 4:15 every Monday. We gather in the Big Room and everyone is welcome. Join Us!
