GT Learning Plan
GT students are developing academic and social/emotional goals to demonstrate student ownership of learning. During the first three weeks of September (1st-20th), students will develop goals and identify their action steps (if needed) to reach their goals. Parents are asked to discuss the student’s goals and provide input to their student during the week of September 19-26. Here are a few questions that may be helpful to ask your student and support their progress toward developing their goals:
- What’s something you wish you could achieve in school?
- What do you think is the greatest benefit to you with the goal(s) you created?
- What actions should you take weekly toward achieving your goal?
