Dear OLPH Families,

What a joyful and inspiring week it has been at our school!

I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all of our Performing Arts students and to Mrs. O’Connor for their incredible work and dedication. Their recent performance was a beautiful display of talent, creativity, and teamwork. We are so proud of each and every one of them for sharing their gifts with our school community. The joy and energy they brought to the stage was truly contagious!

Thursday was truly a joy-filled day. Not only were we filled with hope and anticipation following the announcement from the Vatican regarding the election of our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV, but that evening I also had the great privilege of witnessing 11 of our students receive the Sacrament of Confirmation—marking an exciting step in their journey of faith. It was a lovely celebration of their commitment to living out the gifts of the Holy Spirit and continuing to grow in their relationship with Christ and His Church. Please keep these young people in your prayers as they continue to walk forward in faith.

Wishing you and your family a restful and blessed weekend—and a very happy Mother's Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community. May you feel celebrated and loved for the many ways you nurture and inspire.

Dear Parents and Students,

Now that the weather is beautiful and perfect for biking, we want to remind all students who ride their bikes to school to make sure you securely lock your bike at the designated bike racks.

All helmets are to be stored in the students locker.
