Welcome back Cardinals! It's hard to believe summer has come and gone, but we are ready for the exciting year. The TCE PTO has been busy with all the back to school events including the Staff Appreciation Breakfast, the Ice Cream Social and getting Dine to Donate events scheduled. Thank you to all who volunteered to make each event run smoothly. We appreciate you!
First Public PTO Meeting of the Year
August 22nd at 6:00 in the TCE Library
All are welcome to the PTO meeting Thursday August 22nd. We will be discussing the Fall Festival, budget and much more! If you are looking for ways to be involved in TCE, we have several Fall Festival committees and events that are looking for volunteers. We look forward to seeing you!
Chick-Fil-A Dine to Donate August 20th 5:00-7:00 pm
Mark your calendar for Tuesday August 20th from 5-7 pm for our first Dine to Donate of the year! Use the code "Thorpe" for your mobile orders and be sure to mention "Thorpe Creek Elementary" at check out in store and 15% of sales will be donated to TCE PTO!

Spirit Wear Sale
TCE Spirit Wear will be available to order all year via the QR code or by clicking the blue sweatshirt below. Please submit your spirit wear order by August 23rd if you'd like to be included in the initial bulk order.
🍁Fall Festival is Back 🍁
September 20th at TCE
It's back! TCE is hosting their third annual TCE Fall Festival. Join us on Friday, September 20th from 5-8pm (Rain date: Sept 21st 4:00-7:00 pm) with inflatables, carnival games, airbrush tattoos, balloon artists, concessions, snacks, and more!
Wristbands can be purchased via the QR code (scan or click!) below for $15 until Sept. 18th. After September 18th, the price will increase to $20 each. Wristbands are for students/siblings only and include access to all the inflatables, carnival games, arts and crafts, wacky hair and air brush tattoos. Adults do not need to purchase a wristband.
Tickets are used in place of cash at our Fall Festival due to many student volunteers. Tickets are redeemable for all concession items and raffle entries. Pre-purchased tickets are in discounted groups. Tickets purchased at the festival will be $1= 1 ticket. Concession items will range anywhere from 1 ticket to 6 tickets. Raffle entries will be 1 ticket per entry.
Again this year, we will have family and business sponsorships to help reach our fundraising goal of $15,000! With a family sponsorship, not only will you be supporting the PTO with the financial donation, but you will also get a wristband(s) and tickets depending on your contribution (tickets can be used for concessions as well as raffle). This is the major PTO fundraiser for the year and the money raised helps fund our extracurricular clubs, pay for school t-shirts, provides teacher grants and Cardinal wishes, funds our class parties and so much more! We could not make an impact at our school without the support of our families. We appreciate all your support for our festival!
TCE Staff Appreciation Committee
We love to love on our TCE STAFF! We kicked off August by providing a Back-to-School Staff Breakfast on Monday, August 5. Our staff enjoyed bagels, muffins, coffee and yogurt as they carefully laid plans for our students this year! Looking forward, the Staff Appreciation Committee will continue to have monthly surprises for the TCE staff. If you’d like to join our Staff Appreciation Committee - we’d love to have you and your fresh ideas on how we can continue to treat our deserving TCE Staff throughout the year.
