We hope all are managing to stay safe and cool during the aftermath of Beryl. If you are in need of any resources that we could potentially help with, please reach out. Currently, Klein High is still without power, but we are hopeful all will be restored for everyone shortly.

As our faculty and staff continues to be committed to making your school experience as smooth and enriching as possible, please use this resource to help navigate through any questions or concerns you might have. The Bearkat Brief serves as your go-to spot for finding answers to frequently asked questions, important updates, and helpful tips to make the school year as successful and enjoyable as possible.

• Payments for permits will be available for purchase on School Cash ONLY starting July 24, 2024.
• Permits may be obtained only in-person at Klein High during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. any day between August 6th - August 8th.

1. Purchase the permit via School Cash and print the receipt.
2. Bring a printed copy of the student's valid driver's license.
3. Bring a printed copy of current auto insurance with the student's name listed as a driver.
4. No digital copies or photos will accepted.
• All vehicles parked in the student lot must have a KHS parking permit visible in the front window. Those without permits are subject to consequences.
  

**The annual ADP fee must be paid via School Cash to receive a Chromebook during your assigned time. Please click HERE to pay.

Freshman Orientation - August 7th

• Freshman Orientation will be held in the KHS Auditorium on August 7th. Please note the alpha splits and the assigned time to attend.
• Last Name Alpha A-M Attend from 2:00 - 3:30
• Last Name Alpha N - Z Attend from 4:00 - 5:30
• Students will be engaged in activities for the duration of their visit.

• Doors Open at 6:45 a.m.

• Please be sure to log into Skyward and complete the annual student update information so a schedule can be generated.

This parent-sponsored organization is NEW for the 24-25 school year. Their prime focus is to raise funds for student incentives for items such as Chick-fil-a for exemplary grades each quarter, rewards for students who show exemplary attendance and incentives for students to arrive to class on time. KHS2 is also interested in providing snacks/treats throughout the year for the faculty and staff.
