Happy Friday!
Semester exams start next Friday. Please encourage your children to stay after school Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday December 11th will be our last day for tutorials this semester. With only 8 days left until the end of the semester every minute matters! Also, please begin to plan accordingly for our early release days on December 17-19.
Both our girl's and boys's basketball programs have started the season off strong! Congratulations to our boy's 3rd place finish in the CE King HS tournament! Their picture can be seen below.
Due to potentially hazardous weather, all evening school events for Friday, December 7 have been cancelled. Based on cancellations the following events have been postponed until tomorrow.
- Varsity Girls Basketball - 12:30pm (Home)
- Varsity Boys Basketball - 12pm (@ Klein Cain)
- Wrestling - 12pm weigh-in (@ CHS9)
Concert season is upon us! Congratulations to our growing orchestra program as they ended their 2018 season with their winter concert yesterday night. This coming week we have both our band and choir programs putting on their holiday concerts.
To help add a little fun into this busy time of year we have dress up days to end our semester. You can see the daily themes below in our newsletter as well as pictures of participants..
Please continue to check "parent access" and discuss with your child their grades and study habits. High school is a 4 year journey divided into 8 semesters. Depending on their grades, your child will receive or not receive high school credit at the semester which determines their graduation date. This semester matters!
