The Loveland High School Hope Squad and Anderson High School Sources of Strength will host their 3rd annual Mental Health Awareness Football Game at Loveland on Friday, October 25. Local organizations will be there to share important mental health resources with our community.
This game is also Loveland Senior Night. To combine the traditional senior night “Black Out” with the mental health awareness game theme of Light in the Darkness, black mental health awareness t-shirts are available from RP Diamond for spectators and students to wear to the game. Congratulations to LHS students Izzy Christy and Sarah Papsdorf, who attended the Women in IT Conference last week. They spent the day learning about careers in information technology from experts in the field. The day included team challenges and mentorship opportunities. The Women in IT Conference works to grow the pipeline of local talent by bringing together high school students with local industry mentors.
