Thank you to everyone who joined us for the WSD Homecoming Parade on Saturday morning! The weather was perfect, and the number of parade-goers seems to grow each year. It's always fun to see all four high schools come together for this event!

One final reminder that the WSD Day of Testing will take place on Friday, October 18 (Early Release Day) for the ACT, Pre-ACT, ASVAB, and WorkKeys. Currently, we have 220 students signed up to take the ACT on this day. Students have until this Friday, October 11 to sign up to take these tests. I would strongly encourage all juniors to register for the ACT. Through a grant, the ACT is FREE to all juniors who register by October 11. This is a great deal and opportunity that has not happened in the WSD since 2017!

• October 18 will be our Day of Testing for ACT, Pre-ACT, ASVAB, & WorkKeys.
• PLEASE NOTE: All JUNIORS are able to take the ACT for FREE, if they register by October 11.
• October 22 will be our Day of Testing for PSAT.
• Classes will run as normal on these days.
• Staff will be made aware of students signed up to test.

We have parent-teacher conferences coming up on October 29 from 3:30 pm - 7 pm and October 30 from 10 am - 8 pm. I have attached a link and PDF document (below) listing all of our staff as well as links to their calendar, so you can schedule conferences with them. All appointments are 15 minutes in length in order to ensure all families get an opportunity to meet our staff.

SENIORS PLEASE NOTE: You are required to be photographed by Trotter in their studio in order to be featured in the yearbook. November 30 is the deadline to take your yearbook picture with Trotter. You do not have to purchase a package through Trotter; however, if you want to be pictured in the yearbook, you do have to take your yearbook photo through them. If you need to schedule this free session for a yearbook photo only, please click on this LINK to schedule an appointment.
