Lanoka Harbor School Newsletter
October 2024
Back to School Night was well attended. Thank you for joining us. It was wonderful to see so many parents! Please immediately contact your child's teacher if you have any questions or concerns about your child’s program or progress. Your child’s progress and well-being are important to us!
Individual teachers are planning their Halloween celebrations. Some teachers may ask a few parents to come into school and assist. Your child’s teacher will be in contact with you. Parents and visitors are asked not to come in costume for the safety of our students. Your cooperation is appreciated.
The PTO will be in the main office foyer to assign passes to parents who are asked to assist in the classroom and/or for regular child sign-out. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARENTS BRING IDENTIFICATION. OUR PTO VOLUNTEERS MAY NOT KNOW YOU AND ARE REQUIRED TO ASK FOR ID.
Some students do not like to dress for Halloween. It is important to note that students do not have to dress in costume. However, if they do choose to dress, all costumes and accessories must be brought to school in a bag. Masks cannot be worn on the bus. We suggest that you put on all make-up at home.
We thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Brewer, Principal
Theresa Kilmurray, Supervisor
