Randolph-Henry Open House

When: Wednesday, August 7th from 12:00-6:00 PM

Itinerary:

1. Arrive and enter at the auditorium entrance.
2. Proceed to the main hall for schedules (separate table for each grade level) & parking permits (principal's office).
3. Herff Jones will be set up in the gym breezeway to provide information about junior rings, letterman jackets, graduation attire and other items available for purchase.
4. Enter the library to submit paperwork to the School Counselors or School Nurse, or to purchase athletic passes. SVCC and the Career Tech Academy will also have tables in the library to answer dual enrollment and morning program questions.
5. DARS will meet with prospective students and families in the lower library.
6. Travel to the cafeteria to pay fees. (Separate line for each grade level).
7. Visit the downstairs lab (room 114) for technology support, Parent Portal assistance, or Online Registration.
8. Visit the teachers listed on your schedule for supply lists.
9. Depart from any exit.

Can't Attend Open House?

• Visit the RH main office between 9AM-12PM on Thursday August 8th to pick up a student schedule and pay fees. *Teachers are not likely to be available to meet on Thursday due to required meetings and trainings taking place.
• Students will also be able to receive a schedule and pay fees on the first day of school.
• Parent Portal schedules will be open for viewing no later than August 7th.

Other Notes:

• Due to the individual nature of student schedules at the high school, supply lists and student schedules will not be posted prior to open house.

You will need a meningitis vaccine prior to the first day of school! This not the same as a COVID vaccine. Medical waivers and religious exemptions are accepted with proper documentation.

The Health Department Clinic offers these vaccines by appointment at 542-5251.

If you do not take a photo at RHHS, you will not be pictured in the yearbook. We do not accept outside photographs.

If you found a textbook, library book, chrome book or other CCPS item this summer, please bring it with you and return it to us so that we can remove this item from your school debt.
