Student Services Information
Failure 504/ARD Meetings
If a 504/SPED student fails your class for the term, there must be evidence that accommodations were provided, and parents contacted prior to the end of the term.
🚨🚨🚨504/SPED Accommodation Logs and Work Samples🚨🚨🚨
All teachers must review their accommodations logs and ensure they are up to date. Accommodation logs are required for compliance and used in ARDS/504 meetings to show student progress. If you have questions about accommodations or accommodation logs, please see an administrator or SPED case manager.
You must have at least 2 work samples for each 504/SPED student per term. Those work samples need to be uploaded to the Work Sample Google Folder.
Update from Marketing & Communications
TBP/HPA Letterhead
- TBP/HPA Letterhead You can download as Word Document. Don’t forget to change the location information at the bottom to show your campus address. Please use this letterhead for all recommendation letters.
Operations Update - David Tecautl
Intruder Audits are expected in January and February. We keep getting calls about upcoming audits every month. We already received one for the month of February from Region 11; that most likely means our campuses at Ft. Worth and White Settlement.
Auditors check on interior doors as part of their inspection. Please be reminded NOT to use door stoppers, door frame magnets or any other device that would not allow any interior door to properly close and latch. Doing so is a violation of TBP’s policy for closed doors during instructional time.
