Thank you Veterans!
CANNED FOOD DRIVE
Gobble! Gobble! Beginning Monday, 11/14-11/18, students can bring in non-perishable food items to provide food for families in need over the holidays.
A competition between faculty and staff will be held again this year. Volunteers put their names and faces on a collection box on the stage, and students put items in the teacher’s box. The teacher with the most items counted by 11/18 will wear the turkey costume on the half day, 11/23 at arrival and dismissal time.
If you are interested in joining the competition, please send Rose a response. We will set up the boxes and get your picture unless you have one you prefer to post. Thank you in advance for your support!

I MAKE A DIFFERENCE AWARD
She doesn’t look like a teacher,
More like a fashionista.
She is quiet and sweet,
Someone you must meet.
You would never know she teaches such a motley crew.
She greets them with a smile, so who ever knew.
Take time to get to know her,
You will love her for sure!
This is certainly no lie,
Jenn Connolly makes a difference at John B. Dey!
