What's Happening in our Class!
πWelcome Back, First Graders!π
Hello, wonderful parents and guardians! We are thrilled to kick off a new school year in Ms. Kuhn's first-grade class.π Our first week was filled with excitement as we got to know each other and set the foundation for a fantastic year ahead. Let's dive into what we've been up to and what's coming next!
---
β¨This Weekβ¨
We had an amazing week getting settled into our classroom! The students learned all about our classroom rules and discussed what makes a classroom strong. We also talked about the importance of being a strong team and supporting each other. π€ It was wonderful to see everyone working together and making good choices during both whole group and independent work.

πNext Weekπ
Next week, we will be diving into some exciting new activities! The students will learn how to use the iPads for reading and math, which will be a fun and interactive way to enhance their learning. We will also start working on rotations to create a more structured environment. This will help the students stay engaged and make the most of their learning time.

πThings to Rememberπ
Talk to Your Child: Please take some time to talk to your child about making good choices during whole-group and independent work. Your support at home is crucial in reinforcing the positive behaviors we encourage in the classroom.
iPad Usage: Ensure your child is familiar with basic iPad usage, as this will be an important tool for their learning.
Rotations: Help your child understand the importance of following the rotation schedule to keep our classroom running smoothly.
Snack Donations: Thank you to everyone who donated snacks this week. Your generosity is appreciated and needed.

πWrapping Upπ
We are off to a fantastic start, and I am so excited to see all the growth and learning that will happen this year. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in your child's education. Together, we can make this a memorable and successful year for everyone! ππ
Warm regards,
Ms. Kuhn
