The Knockdown Club is a prestigious group of basketball players who have committed to “Living Like a Champion” and have separated themselves from the crowd through their commitment and dedication to the game. The players in this club understand that hard work is essential to achieving goals and to reaching the highest potential.

The players in this club demonstrate P.R.I.D.E. and work towards achieving high goals. Every participant that successfully completes the touch goal for their grade level from June 1st to July 31st and turns in a soccer touch log, will receive a certificate, free Strikers gift and a t-shirt. These goal achieving athletes will be honored at SPHS Boys Soccer Youth Night in the fall.

Work with our Lady Eagles High School Volleyball team to improve your skills this summer! Athletes will engage in fun drills, competitive games, and friendly challenges, all designed to improve their game and build confidence on and off the court.

This class will focus on the basics of tennis rules, strokes, volleys, overheads and serves using short-court tennis and potentially making our way to full court tennis based on skill level. Different skill based drills and tennis games will be incorporated.

This program will work with basketball trainer and varsity girls coach, Seth Kostroski. Sessions will be focused on helping players to develop their basketball skills. You will work on ball handling, finishing at the hoop, shooting and many other concepts used in the game of basketball.

This camp is for those who want to improve their technique and improve their skill level. Players will work with former high school coach Amy Schlimgen and current division 1 volleyball player at SDSU Alia Schlimgen.

Your child will learn how to drive, chip and putt with guidance. Our instructor will show the participants the proper techniques and teaching hints to be most successful for this age group. We will use the innovative line of SNAG Golf products. All the equipment will be provided.
