Senior Information
Senior Graduation Walk
On Tuesday, April 30, we will participate in a Graduation Walk through the elementary schools that feed into Harker Heights High School. Students wishing to participate must fill out the form indicating which school they would like to walk through. A link is included below.
If you are not familiar with the process, a link to a video showing the process is attached.
Cap and Gown Information
Herff Jones will be on campus Thursday, April 18 from 11:30 am-1:30 pm to deliver cap and gowns. Items not picked up at this time will be available for pick up in the Student Activities Office during normal school hours.
Cap and gowns can still be ordered if you have not yet done so. Use the link below to place your orders.
Graduation Ticket Information
Each student will receive 9 (nine) graduation tickets. Tickets will be handed out to students beginning May 13. Students must schedule a time for ticket pick up using the link below. Please see the attached letter for more details regarding graduation tickets.
Graduation Requirements
Completing AED training is now a graduation requirement like CPR and Peace Officer training. Please log into Schoology and complete this training located in the CPR training course.
See Dr. Shasta Colon in the Curriculum Office in the 1400 hallway if you have any questions.

STAAR testing for algebra, English 1, English 2, Biology and US History from April 10 to April 24.

Prom 2024
Ticket Information
This is the last week to purchase prom tickets. The cost is $50.
Prom will be held at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center from 7:00-11:00 pm.
All guest contracts are due by Wednesday, April 3 at 4:00 pm.

Awards Information
Academic Awards
The Academic Award ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 8. There will be two ceremonies.
9:00 am-9th and 10th grade
2:30 pm-11th and 12th grade

Honor Roll
Honor roll certificates will be passed out on Thursday, April 4. If you have not received your certificate by Thursday, April 11, stop by the Student Activities Office.
Dance Team Tryouts
Crimson Belles/Rosettes will hold tryouts in April. See the flyer for important dates.
Enrichment Opportunity
Central Texas College (CTC) has partnered with KISD to offer High School Equivalency classes. The classes are free, but CTC registration is required. See the flyer for registration information, dates, and locations.
Virtual Parenting Classes
MCH Family Outreach is offering virtual parenting classes and hosting caregiver empowerment sessions. See the attached flyers for class dates and registration information.

Student and Parent Access to Hero
Once again we will be using the Hero system to track tardies/dress code violations. Hero will also be used to track positive behaviors. The video below shows how students and parents can create a Hero account.
