Design Major Seek Support for National Competition Trip
Graphic Design majors at LVA worked with local children’s hospitals UMC & Sunrise to custom design and install vinyl murals to brighten the experience for local families when their children are sick or injured. These projects won them the gold medal at the Nevada SkillsUSA Conference. Now they want to show the Nation that Nevada is a caring community with talented, motivated youth. Please help them reach their goal by donating so they can travel to Atlanta this summer. Thank you for your support.
If you want to sponsor the SkillUSA winners headed to the National Conference contact Graphic Design Instructor Ashley Stroud at stroua@nv.ccsd.net.
The Design Students have created cool vinyl stickers for sale in the school bank. Grab yours while supplies last for $3.00.
