A family friendly event, youth can play over 50 arcade games built by Evanston's finest adolescent engineers and earn game tickets to turn in for carnival prizes
The Cardboard Carnival is coordinated by the Evanston Public Library and Evanston-Skokie School District 65 and is made possible by a Project Next Generation Grant from the Illinois State Library.
